JNL is offering weekly Zoom sessions with Geshe Ngawang, translated by Tenzin Sangpo. Please join us on Saturdays for teachings with Geshe Ngawang. Starting September 6th, Geshi la will teach on the essence of offering Lama Choepa prayer (Guru Tsog) that we read during our pujas.

Saturday classes:

4:00-5:00: Teaching by Geshe-la, translated by Tenzin Sangpo (Please hold questions until Q&A)

5:00-5:15: Q & A

5:15-5:30: Contemplation meditation on the verses covered in the session followed by dedication
