Publish and distribute literature related to the Center’s purposes;
Establish a library of Buddhist texts, books and articles, and Tibetan language books and related materials;
Make grants and scholarships to individuals or organizations to undertake work that furthers the work of the Center;
Sponsor individuals (Tibetan and non-Tibetan) who can provide educational, research, administrative, religious and other services to the Center;
Provide charitable services locally, regionally, nationally and internationally where needs arise and the Center has the capacity to address those needs.
Offer Buddhist educational and classes, programs and services;
Offer Tibetan language and cultural classes and programs to Tibetans and non-Tibetans of all ages;
Establish a center to hold classes and gatherings, provide a home for the resident teacher, provide a space for meditation and ceremonies, and offer accommodations for invited guests;
Develop partnerships and educational programs with the Five Colleges and with community organizations, including, but not limited to Buddhist organizations of all traditions;
