Programs

Philosophy/dharma classes for adults (weekly on Saturdays, 4:00-5:30 pm), to date offering Atisha’s Lamp on the Path to Enlightenment, Pabongka’s Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand, and three chapters from Shantideva’s A Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life (ongoing).

Charitable outreach, e.g. feeding the homeless, relief for Nepalese earthquake victims, puja gathering.

In addition, JNL has co-sponsored the annual Exploring Buddhism seminars with Khen Rinpoche Geshe Lobzang Tsetan and Professor David Gardiner (Colorado College) in 2013-2018 along with Smith, Amherst and Hampshire Colleges, Five College Buddhist Studies Certificate Program, and UMASS Asian Arts & Culture Program.
